Game: 9-ball

Team Posting CAP: 18

Format: Vegas-style 3-Person Teams (Round Robin) / Seeded Bracket based on Regular Season Finish / Single Elimination

Team Makeup: Players must have been part of the regular season roster and completed at least 5 matches*. A team can post either one (1) or two (2) teams containing qualified players from the regular session, but each team’s roster must be unique (no shared players between teams).

*Exceptions are allowed if leagues change shape (gain/lose teams) during the season and players are moved by the League Staff to accommodate the changes. However, not if a player voluntarily chooses to change teams during the season. A player may not play as a team member on any team for which they played as an alternate.

Race: First to 14 (unless Sudden Death is invoked by League Staff at time expiration) – each round is time capped at 1 hour, 15 minutes.

Entry Fee: $50 per team + $20 Greens Fee per team (if host location doesn’t charge a Table/Greens Fee, $10 is returned to the pot) Payment due at time the team is registered.

NOTE: Electronic registrations incur an additional convenience $5 fee. Registrations sent without the $5 fee will be refunded and the registration will not be considered valid.

6:00pm – Practice / Team Registration Opens

6:45pm –Registration Closed / Rosters LOCKED

6:55pm – Bracket / Matchups / Table Assignments Announced

7:05pm – Match Determination (Captains flip for home team; post rosters)

7:15pm – Round 1 Begins

PAYOUT PERCENTAGES

Payouts will be comprised of the total Entry Fees for all registered teams plus the award cash-add for that league night and if the host location does not charge a table fee, $10.00 of each collected Greens Fee will be added back to the total payout amount.
