Our goal is to locally follow national rules (for how a game is played) to allow players to be familiar with the same rules that are played at the national tournaments.

There is no reason to copy the national rules here as this would be maintenance to keep up when wording changes.  Thus we ask that you reference the rules on the ACS national website.
